智慧城市背景下听障学生社会参与现状调查研究
摘要
本研究基于山东省新型智慧城市建设背景，聚焦特殊教育院校听障学生社会参与现状，对311名16-26岁听障学生进行问卷调查，回收有效问卷250份，运用spss对数据进行统计分析。分析结果显示：第一，听障学生群体呈现显著的教育滞后特征与家庭脆弱性。第二，社会参与呈现“结构性失衡”。研究进一步发现，智慧城市需要进一步加强智能技术支持，健全就业保障及无障碍制度，拓宽社会参与路径，构建包容性文化生态，建立动态监测机制，提升政策实施效能。参考
