  Abstract

  Based on the theory of value co-creation, this paper discusses the new connotation and system construction path of enterprise performance management in the context of the digital era. The study points out that the traditional enterprise-centered value creation model is difficult to adapt to the market demand, while the value co-creation theory emphasizes the co-creation of value between enterprises and consumers, which provides a new perspective for performance management.   Abstract

  This paper explores the theoretical potential of low-carbon economics and discusses the driving force of technological progress on the path of green and low-carbon development. It adopts an empirical model construction method system to analyze the influence mechanism and action mechanism of technological innovation on the green and low-carbon development model. This analysis screens the research objects based on relevant data indicators and conducts a detailed study using multiple regression analysis methods.   The cultivation of Party members is critical to grassroots political ecology, rural revitalization talent development, and village governance. Poverty-alleviated villages face challenges from social competition, weakened organizational mobilization, and cultural degradation, hindering Party member development.
