This study explores how multinational companies (MNEs) align sustainable business practices with Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) compliance to ensure long-term financial success. Through qualitative interviews with top executives of five MNCs, the research identifies some of the most important strategies that include carbon emissions reduction through renewable energy, diversity and inclusion initiatives, and governance reporting transparency.
